The room at Strandhotel Het Hoge Duin was so cozy and comfy, with a lovely seating area to relax in after a long day. I felt right at home and relaxed instantly!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the room service at the property. But hey, it's just my opinion, others might still enjoy it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled on the dunes with a breathtaking view of the North Sea. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from check-in to check-out. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a spacious bathroom with a bath/shower. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a spa center. We particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, offering delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. we were extremely impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The rooms were spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The view from the room, overlooking the beach, was absolutely stunning.

The evening meal left a lot to be desired. It was overpriced and the food was overcooked and not of great quality.

This hotel boasts a wonderful location high on a dune with a nice view of the beach, making it really close to the sea. Some rooms have a splendid view overlooking the dunes and the waves. the breakfast is well-organized and offers a good spread, with fresh orange juice being a highlight.

Some areas of the inside of the hotel need updating, especially the 1960s-style rooms with some stained net curtains and plastic plants. The bathroom floors can be dangerously slippery when wet.

It's a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. We took advantage of the bike hire at the hotel and had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel provided a great base for our family vacation.

My kids wished there was a playground or play area for them to enjoy at the hotel.

Great views from the room and restaurant, with easy access to the beach. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

Room felt outdated and overly basic with lack of amenities. Shower water temperature fluctuated throughout use and the bed was uncomfortable.

Excellent room with beach views, good cycle hire, friendly staff, tasty dinner, interesting industrial landscape.

There was nothing I didn't like.
